About UEE
University Extended Education (UEE) is dedicated to lifelong learning. In addition to our professional development classes, we also offer classes for children and teens, Continuing Learning Experience for retirees, evening master's programs, customized international programs, and Open University, a process that allows people who have not been admitted to the university to take Cal State Fullerton classes on a space available basis.
Working professionals interested in new opportunities and enhanced skills look to UEE for their continuing education needs. We offer more than 50 professional certificate programs as well as individual classes, workshops and seminars taught by industry experts and University faculty. We provide you with the most current theoretical approaches and real world, practical applications. Classes are offered in Fullerton, Garden Grove, Irvine and online. Custom programs can also be offered on-site at your organization.
Educators will find a variety of professional development opportunities in UEE's offerings, including a large number of online classes. We also offer certificates in School Business Management, Gifted and Talented Education, and Postsecondary Reading and Learning.
Children and teens can have fun learning experiences on the campus of a major university in our special classes, including exciting summer programs.
Masters Programs for working professionals include: the MBA @ Irvine, Master of Science in Counseling in Garden Grove, and Master of Science in Taxation in Irvine.
Whether you are a college student, a working professional, or intellectually curious, you can enroll in degree credit classes in fall, spring and summer through Open University. On a space available basis, this process allows you to take university classes without formal admission to Cal State University, Fullerton. Registration is through University Extended Education.
American Language Program (ALP) is an intensive English program designed to prepare international students for study in a U.S. college or university, as well as Semester Abroad opportunities.
Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) is our learning in retirement membership organization. OLLI offers lectures and discussion groups, computer education, art classes and language classes in French, German, Spanish, and Russian.
International Programs provide a variety of education programs abroad and at Cal State Fullerton. Currently, our Experience China program offers opportunities for American teachers to teach in China, high school juniors and seniors who would like to spend two-weeks in China at a camp to promote international understanding, and educators who want to meet with their peers in China. Special programs can also be created for groups of professionals in China who wish to come to Cal State Fullerton to study.
