“I was on the Boeing A-SPIN Anaheim team that developed the Administrative Professionals Certificate program and was a student as well. In addition to what we learned, the classes were a great chance to network. Our offices are somewhat spread out, so we were able to work with colleagues who don’t usually cross our daily paths. I enjoyed the class exercises, especially the one where students made individual team presentations in front of the class. This gave people who don’t normally say anything in a meeting a chance to show what they could do.
