The Post Baccalaureate Pre-Health Certificate Program at California State University, Fullerton welcomes veterans that are interested in entering a field in the health professions. We thank you for your service and are honored that you have chosen CSUF to help you achieve your professional goals. Our program is constructed in a way that allows individuals with no prior science background an opportunity to complete all of the pre-­‐requisites to apply to a professional program. We are committed to help you succeed and are here to provide you with assistance as needed. In order to initiate the process of your specific aid eligibility, we require the following documentation. These forms serve as confirmation of military service and benefit eligibility. Both of these documents can be obtained on the www.gibill.va.gov website.

  • Certification of eligibility
  • DD-214 Form
