Short-Term & Long-Term Programs
In our current age of globalization, being aware of cultural differences, maintaining a global perspective, and having fluent English communication skills have become critical qualifications for young people who strive for careers in competitive global markets.
The summer 2009 Study Abroad Program for International university students at California State University, Fullerton (CSUF) is an extraordinary chance to gain an educational and cultural experience of a lifetime. The program is designed for International universities to send four or more undergraduate or graduate students, from any major.
This program of academic and cultural enrichment includes:
- Classroom environment to strengthen English comprehension and verbal skills to build a solid language base for future foreign studies.
- Lectures, delivered by outstanding professors, on topics ranging from cultural awareness, business and economics to public administration.
- Interaction with American and other International students.
- Sunny Southern California location and attractions such as beautiful beaches, Hollywood, Disneyland, Universal Studios…and more.

Participant Qualifications: Qualified participants must be currently enrolled in a nationally recognized university with a track-record of academic success.
Schedule: Summer 2009 from July 6 - July 31, 2009 (4 weeks)
Program Fees: US $3,732 per student includes:
- Use of library and other facilities on the campus, such as the Titan Student Union.
- Transportation for field trips
- Lodging: double occupancy three-star hotel room (including gratuities). For single occupancy, an extra charge will apply.
- Meals: breakfasts, welcome dinner and farewell dinner
- International Student Service fee and Health Insurance
Estimated Additional Costs (Approximately US $1,500):
- Visa application fee
- SEVIS Fee (US $200 per participant)
- Round trip airfare and transportation to and from the airport
- Meals: lunch and dinner
- Personal transportation, expenses and entertainment
